In this video, we'll explore the call logs.
First, we'll select the logs and choose the "Calls" option. This page displays all recordings captured during the project's lifetime. However, these recordings will only appear if you've enabled the recording setting in the COS dialer for the project.
If recordings are being captured, you'll find them on this page. It provides key details like caller ID, date, time, call status, duration, and more. If your screen is smaller, click the plus sign on the left to access individual recordings.
From here, you can listen to the recordings directly on the server or download them to your device. You also have the ability to search for specific recordings by agent, volunteer, phone number, status code, time, or date. Additionally, you can download the entire spreadsheet of recordings as a CSV file to your device.
