Phone Verification
To access the phone verification page, follow these steps:
- Select "Management" from the main menu.
- Then select "Phone Verification."
The main page will display several key details:
- Campaigns
- 10 DLC statuses
- "Shaken" and "Stirred" information for live calls
This page is optimal for checking a campaign's 10 DLC status. 10 DLC is an industry requirement from carriers to verify that messages are legitimate and not spam.
Unregistered texts are no longer allowed. For more information, see Unregistered SMS/MMS Management.
Each campaign will need to be registered with a TIN DLC. The phone verification page will show if a TIN DLC is approved or rejected. You can create a new TIN DLC or make edits to existing ones directly from this page.
