10DLC Campaign Registration - Recommended

Registering the Brand

  • Log in to https://csp.campaignregistry.com/login
  • Click BRANDS
  • Click + Add new Brand
  • Fill out Legal Company Name*, What type of legal form is the organization?*, Country of Registration*, Tax Number/ID/EIN*, Address/Street*, City*, State / Region*, Postal Code/ZIP Code*, Website, and Vertical Type*
  • Click Next Click Key accounts
  • Click Next
  • Enter 10dlc@callserver.us for Support Email Address*
  • Enter +18438000411 for Support Phone Number
  • Click Next
  • Click OK
  • Copy Brand ID to enter in COS later  

Vetting – With CV Token

  • Click Import Vetting
  • Select Campaign Verify
  • Paste CV token into Vetting Identifier
  • Click Submit  

Vetting – Without CV Token

  • Click Apply for Vetting
  • Select STANDARD for Select Vetting Type
  • Select Aegis Mobile for Select Vetting Partner
  • Click Submit  

Creating the Campaign

  • Click CAMPAIGNS then My Campaigns
  • Click +Add new Campaign
  • Enter Organization name in Type Brand Name
  • Select the Use Case below
  • Click Next
  • Verify the TPM in the first row and the Brand Tier in the second row.
  • Click Next
  • Enter Campaign Description from Use Case in the Asana Form
  • Enter how opt-in was acquired for Call-to-Action / Message Flow
  • Enter Sample message 1
  • Click +Add Sample Message
  • Enter Sample message 2 (make it up if you have to)
  • Under Campaign and Content Attributes select Yes or No options
  • In the required box for Subscriber Help put in "Please refer to the above mentioned organization or person for further information."
  • In the required box for Subscriber Opt-Out put in "You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe."
  • Select Twilio for Select your Connectivity Partner*
  • Select No Reseller for Select if reseller involved
  • Click Next
  • Click I Agree
  • Copy Campaign ID to enter in COS later

Entering Brand in COS

  • Click “Management”
  • Select “Phone Verification”
  • Click “New”
  • Select TCR Info in the second field
  • Fill out the following fields:  Brand ID Vetting Type (Basic with CV Token, Secondary without CV Token), Client, Business Name, Street, City, State, Zipcode, Business Type, Business Industry, Business Registration Type, Business Registration Number, Web URL
  • Click New  

Registering Campaign to Phone Group

  • Go to Management > Phone Setup
  • Create a phone group using Vendor T with 14 numbers using the preferred area code from the onboarding form
  • Name the Phone Group “10DLC [Organization Name]”
  • In Phone Setup select the phone group
  • Click Setup 10DLC
  • Select TCR for TCR Method
  • Enter the following from the Campaign Registry website: Campaign ID, Carrier TPM, Tmobile Day Cap (if Uncapped enter 999999)
  • Click Save
