      Capturing Caller Names That Are Not in the Project's Data

      Properly formatting the data is the critical first step in establishing this type of project.

      To begin, you must set up the data in an "Already-Householded" list load type. For detailed instructions on how to do this, please refer to the following article: What's the difference between the list load processing types?.

      The data must contain the following fields:

      • FirstName1
      • FirstName2
      • LastName1
      • LastName2
      • (VAN OR VOTER)ID1
      • (VAN OR VOTER)ID2

      For the FirstName2 field, you must enter "OtherVoter". In the (VAN OR VOTER)ID2 field, you must enter "Other(VAN OR VOTER)ID".
