The "Clear Campaign Records" feature allows you to clear assigned status dispositions, such as TF (Text Failed) or TT (Text Transmitted), from campaign records.
This feature also enables you to clear records that have not been dialed, preparing them for future dialing.
To access the "Clear Campaign Records" page, follow these steps:
- From the project dashboard, select the "Campaign Database" submenu.
- Then, choose the "Clear Campaign Records" option.
On the "Clear Campaign Records" page, you will see the following fields:
- Client information in the top field
- Project name in the next field
- Clear status codes
- Phone type (landline, cell, or both)
- Start date
- End date
To clear status codes:
- Select the "Clear Status Codes" field.
- Type the desired status code(s) you want to clear. You can enter multiple codes in this field.

Next, select the phone type you want to clear - landlines, cells, or both.
Finally, choose the desired time range and click "Clear Records" to complete the process.
