Dialer Audio File

The dialer audio file function allows you to add custom audio into a project.

To access the Dialer Audio Page, from the project dashboard, select the "Dialer Audio Files" button on the left, just above the "Campaign Database" section. On this screen, you can add or manage audio files.

If you need to delete an audio file, simply click on the file and select the red "Delete" button to remove it from the project. When copying project details over to a new project, the dialer audio file from the previous project will be loaded into the new one. Make sure to delete the file if it is not needed.

Having this audio file added to the program will allow volunteers to automatically play the message when they select the "Answering Machine" disposition.
