Drop Finished Calls

To access the "Drop Finished Calls" function, follow these steps:

  1. From the project dashboard, select "Centers".
  2. Then, select "Drop Finished Calls".

The "Drop Finished Calls" feature allows you to remove completed calls from a project if necessary.

The first two fields will display the client name and project name. The "Center Date" field enables you to specify a time period of calls to be dropped from the project.

If you need to remove all calls, select the "All Data" option from the "Center Date" field. This will reset the data and remove any marked dispositions.
