COS4 Manage Client - Default Databack Field Setup

In the PO/Management Section, you can overwrite these default settings individually. This is how you set up the default fields that clients receive when they download their campaign data under client management.

It's a binary system - you add up the numbers to get a unique total, which you then input into the "Default Fields" field.

The available default field options are:
1 = spoke_to
2 = call_date
4 = call_time
8 = duration
16 = TSR
32 = status_code

Some common default field setting combinations include:
Call_date + status_code = 34
Call_date + spoke_to + status_code = 35
Call_date + Call_time + spoke_to + status_code = 39
All but TSR Code = 47
All of the above fields = 63
