To change a project's status, follow these steps:
- Click "Edit PO"
- Select "Management Info"
- Click the dropdown box next to "Project Status"
- Choose the desired status from the list below:
- New - project was just created
- Data Ready - project data has been loaded
- Active - center has been assigned and it is dialing on today's date
- Hold - project is on hold
- Ended - project's end date has passed but it has not been invoiced to the client
- Cancelled - project was cancelled before it started (only no-result projects may be cancelled)
- Completed - project has been invoiced by the accounting department
- Click "Save" to apply the status change.
Note that you should never manually change a project status to "New" or "Data Ready" - the system will update these statuses automatically.
For live call projects, frequent status monitoring is required as they are most likely to be put on Hold. It's also common to see Ended live call projects reactivated at the client's request.
Robo projects rarely require manual status changes. Once the data file is loaded, the status will automatically update to Data Ready. Robo projects are run in-house, so the status will only change to Active once the project is placed in the queue.
Texting (SMS/MMS) projects are the only ones that must be manually set to Active when ready to run.
The only time it is acceptable to Cancel a project is if there are no results (no calls made, no texts sent). To cancel, change the status to Cancelled, remove any campaign data, delete notes, and change the PO name to "CANCELLED".
