Report Availability
For live call projects, reports will be available by 8:00 AM EST the day after dialing begins.
If you need the reports earlier, please contact your COS Representative, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
For text projects, we offer near real-time reporting. The final data report will be available by 10 AM EST the following morning, to allow time for responses to come in.
If you are unable to view your report, please notify your COS Representative immediately.
