Can I Make Changes to an Active Script?

Yes, you can make changes to the script once a project has gone active, but the changes are subject to certain conditions:

A script can be updated depending on the nature of the changes:

We CAN make the following changes to an active project:

• Add more questions
• Add more responses
• Change the content of the opening, closing, and any of the questions, as long as those changes do not alter the nature of the responses

However, we CANNOT make the following changes to an active project:

• Remove questions
• Remove responses
• Change the order of the responses

If you need to make a script edit to an active project, please send the updated script to a COS Account Representative.
