Suppressing Select Records
Record suppression refers to the manual removal of specific records from a contact list, preventing those individuals from being contacted. It is recommended to identify any records requiring suppression before a project has started. This ensures the flagged records are not contacted during the project.
After a project has begun, specific numbers can still be removed from the active list. However, keep in mind that some of the selected records may have already been contacted by that point.
If you need any records to be suppressed, notify your COS Account Representative immediately. Provide them with the specific records that need to be removed from the list. Prompt notification is crucial, as it allows the suppression to be implemented before further contacts are made.
