Restarting An Ended Project

When a project has been completed, the following occurs:

Once an active project has finished all scheduled dialing days, its project status will be updated to "COMPLETE" in the COS (Customer Order System) platform. At this point, the project can no longer be dialed again - the "COMPLETE" status indicates the project has finished.

However, if a project is currently in "COMPLETE" status, it can be reactivated and continue to be dialed at any time. This is important because while a project is in "COMPLETE" status, it has not yet been billed out by the accounting department.

Once a project has been billed out, its status will be moved to "Billed" and it will no longer be able to be dialed. If you need to restart a project that is in "Billed" status, you can create a new Purchase Order (PO) and easily duplicate the project in COS.
