Loading Data Results Into COS

  1. Log in to the dialer as an admin.
  2. Click "Reporting" and choose "Dialer Result Download."
  3. Select "Dial Leads-Last Pass" and "All" under "Realtime Reports."
  4. Choose the desired Start/End Date for the reports.
  5. For Report Type, select "System Disposition" and the associated script (usually the same as the PO#).
  6. Check the boxes for "Include Aux Data" and "Report On All Calls."
  7. Download the report.
  8. Log in to cOS and click "Centers" to download the center call file.
  9. In the dialer report, sort by PO#, create a new spreadsheet, and transfer the relevant data. Essential columns include: ID (cr_id), Phone, Agent Disposition (status_code), Pass Disposition, Call Start (call_time), Duration, Agent ID (TSR), Spoke to (spoke_to), and Results (Q1).
  10. For ROBOS, the essential columns are: ID (cr_id), Lead_Phone (phone), Pass Disposition (status_code), Call_Start (call_time), and Duration.
  11. Copy/paste all recorded completes with no answer in Q1 to a new spreadsheet and send to a staff member for monitoring.
  12. Sift through question responses (1,2,3), making a Complete for each. Sort by other Status Codes and delete non-essential columns.
  13. Change headers in the dialer list to match those in the center file, and change agent dispositions to standard cOS status codes.
  14. Sort the agent disposition by blank records, copying the value from the pass disposition column.
