Center Notes: Special considerations that are visible only to the call center and project managers.
Manager Notes: Special considerations that are visible only to project managers.

Client: The name of the client for whom the project is being conducted.
Project Type: Indicates whether the project involves calling or texting.
Project Status: Reflects the current stage of the project. This field updates automatically - project status is never changed manually.
Center Skip Logic: Allows enabling/disabling the COS skip logic function. This is typically disabled for projects with 5 or more questions.
Misc Fields Databack: Captures specific data that will be included with the results after dialing.
Misc Fields Sending: Allows including additional data (beyond standard COS fields) to be sent to the call center.
Assigned Manager: The original manager who created the project.
Client Download Fields: Determines which data columns the client can download and view.
Client (Check Boxes): Allows hiding the report and data from the client, typically used when escalating a project internally.
Deactivate Client View Report & Client Data Download: When enabled, the client's data download link will not work.
