Data Upload Error Message


If you're receiving an error message when attempting to upload your data, there are a few things you should check before contacting support:

First, ensure the file is in the correct .csv format. Additionally, verify that your data has column headers and that there are no duplicate or improperly formatted headers (e.g. headers containing punctuation or special characters).

Next, review the data itself to confirm all fields contain the correct information. For example, make sure there are no email addresses in the phone number column.
