Checking The Report And Data

Revised Procedure: Time: 6:30-7:30 AM (First order of business) Responsibility: Data Analyst or Project Manager/Director

Duty:

  1. For each project:
    • Check the previous day's schedule and ensure the report was loaded.
    • Verify the reports are at the expected goal.
    • Review the Dashboard PO/Goal Management:
      • Look at the goal from the previous night's schedule.
      • Check the goal in the project, if needed.
    • Ensure the reports meet standard metrics and have continuity from day to day.
    • Review any notes and tickets for changes that may have affected the goal or project.
    • Check for any client emails or texts that could impact the project.
  2. Hold any problematic project reports until the Project Director/Manager approves.
  3. Identify and resolve any data issues:
    • If it's a report that needs to be fixed on the Denver end, check in every 30 minutes.
    • Create an Exception List for the Project Director/Manager.
    • Escalate to CB or JH if the issue cannot be determined.
  4. Assure that all problematic reports are resolved.
  5. Once all reports have been checked and any issues resolved, move all completed projects to an "Ended" status.
  6. For all clients using AWS S3 services, manually push the data to their S3 Bucket once a project has "Ended":
    • Go to "Download Campaign Data" and click "S3 Bucket".
    • Double-check the data for accuracy before pushing it to the client.
