The COS platform provides robust project monitoring capabilities.

You can view the daily progress of your texting project in either the project master or the project dashboard. This near-real time reporting is a unique feature of texting projects - the dashboard will show you the number of texts sent, failed, and replies received.

The reports screen offers a detailed breakout report. Final texting project reports are available by 10am the following morning, allowing ample time for recipient replies to be coded and included.
