The COS (Client Outreach System) dashboard is the central hub for managing any COS project. It displays all the key details and metrics for both you and the client, including:
PO Number: A unique, alphanumeric project identifier. The first three letters denote the client.
Project Description: The name of the project.
Start/Stop Date: The dates when the project begins and ends.
Days Left: The number of days remaining in the project.
State: The state(s) where the project is being conducted. Some projects span multiple states.
Script Status: Indicates if the script has been completed.
Project Status: Shows the current stage of the project. This updates automatically - project status is never changed manually.
CID: The phone number that appears on the voter's caller ID.
Questions: The number of questions contained in the script.
Template: The type of project.
Manager: The manager who originally created the purchase order (PO).
Total Universe: The total number of records in the data.
Total Contacts: All dispositions except for No Answer, Busy, and Answering Machine.
Universe Saturation: The percentage of landline and cell records that have a recorded disposition.
Total Completes: Any record where a response was given. For patch projects, it's any "Yes" patch. For GOTV projects, it's any call where the message was delivered.
Goal: The metric that needs to be reached for the project to be considered complete.
