Drop Campaign Data

The data drop function can be used in COS to remove uploaded data on a project.

Before proceeding with this article, it's crucial to note that the function discussed will not work if the project is already live and making calls. With that in mind, let's continue.

Obtaining approval from a project manager is mandatory before taking any action. Once approval is granted, open the desired project from the project dashboard. From the dashboard, navigate to the Campaign Database submenu and select "Drop Campaign Data" from the dropdown menu. The Drop Campaign Data screen will display the client information, project name, and the specific data segment that will be dropped. Finally, select "Drop Database" to execute the process.
