Goal Info

The client provides specific goals that the project must achieve in order to be considered complete.

The most common type of goal is saturation, where the client sets a target percentage of the data that must be dialed. For example, a client may require 70% of landlines and one full pass of cell phone numbers to be dialed.

If the client does not provide clear goals, it is the responsibility of the project team to confirm the expected metrics with the client. There are four main types of goals that can be set:

  1. Saturation - A predetermined percentage of the data (set by the client) needs to be dialed. This is the most common type of project goal.

  2. Stop Number - A set number of completed calls must be made.

  3. Targets - A specific number of successful patches to targeted representatives must be made per day.

  4. Hours - A set number of dialing hours must be completed.

The project details should clearly document the client name, project name, total data universe size, the specific goal type, and any additional notes about the goal requirements. Having a clear understanding of the project goals from the outset is critical to ensuring successful completion of the work.
