The project dashboard is the central hub for managing all projects across every client in COS. This is where you can track the status and details of all your projects.
The dashboard offers several filtering options:
- All: Displays every project that has ever been added to COS.
- Current: Shows projects with statuses of New, Data Ready, Active, or On Hold.
- New: Displays newly created projects that have not yet loaded any data.
- Data Ready: Shows newly created projects that have completed data loading.
- Active: Displays projects that are currently being worked.
- On Hold: Shows projects that are temporarily paused.
- Ended: Displays projects that have been completed but not yet billed to the client.
- Cancelled: Shows projects that have been cancelled.
- Complete: Displays projects that have been completed and billed to the client.
You can also set the number of projects to display per page, in increments of 25, 50, 100, or 200.
The dashboard provides detailed information for each project, including:
- Job #: The purchase order number
- Name: The project name
- Status: The current status
- Start/Stop: The project start and end dates
- State: The state where the project is being worked
- Universe: The total number of records to be dialed
- Contacts: The number of completed calls
- List %: The percentage of the universe that has been dialed
- Report: A link to the project report
Additionally, you can search for projects by Job # or Name using the search bar.
