New Ticket

Once a project is assigned, any changes to the project, no matter how minor, must be documented through a ticketing system.

When a ticket is created, an automated email notification is sent to all project team members, including project managers and call center managers. The notification email can be customized by adding or removing email addresses as needed.

The ticket should include the following details:
Client: The name of the client for whom the project is being completed.
Project Name: The name of the project.
Emails: The email addresses that the ticket notification should be sent to.
Message: A description of the specific changes being made to the project.
