Upload Campaign Data

To upload data records for dialing, select Campaign Database on the project dashboard, then select Upload Campaign Data. Once the data is ready, you can either drag and drop the file into the appropriate field or browse your files to select the data file.

Next, provide the following information about the client and project:

  • Client Name: The name of the client this project is for.
  • Project Name: The title of the project.

After the data is loaded into the COS (Campaign Operating System) platform, you will need to configure how it will be processed:

  • Line Count: The number of records contained in the data file.
  • List Processing: Specify how the data will be loaded into the project.
  • Phone Number Field: Identify the phone number that will be dialed.
  • Last Name Field: Provide the last name associated with each record.
  • First Name Field: Provide the first name associated with each record.
  • ID Field: Specify a unique identifier pre-assigned to each record.
  • Add Misc Send Field: Include any additional data (beyond standard COS fields) that should be loaded and sent to the call center.
  • Add Misc Databack Field: Indicate any additional data that should be captured and loaded with the dialing results.

Once all the necessary information is provided, the data will be ready for processing in the COS project.
