Project Statuses
Project statuses provide a clear indication of a project or campaign's current stage.
Here are the different project status categories:New: A newly created purchase order (PO) that has not yet had any required project information entered.
Data Ready: A project that has had the call list data loaded into it.
Active: A project that has been assigned to a queue and is actively dialing (Live Call/Robo) or sending (SMS/MMS).
Hold: A project that has been temporarily put on hold until further notice.
Ended: A project where the end date has passed but it has not yet been billed out.
Cancelled: A project that was cancelled before it started (only no-result projects may be cancelled).
Completed: A project that has been invoiced by the accounting department.
