Downloading Selected Data The COS platform allows you to download specific data from your campaign results, rather than the full dataset. This gives you the flexibility to extract only the information you need.

Here's how to download selected data:

  1. Navigate to the Campaign Database and select "Download Campaign Data".

  2. In the Download Limit dropdown, choose "Limit Records".

  3. Next, select the type of data you want to download:

    • "Code" will let you download records based on the COS status codes (e.g. "Complete", "No Answer", etc.) assigned to each call.
    • "Questions" will allow you to download records based on the responses given by call recipients (e.g. "Q1=1: Yes").
  4. Choose the specific code or question response you want to filter by.

  5. Once you've selected the desired data, click "Download". The filtered data files will then download directly to your computer.

This selective download feature gives you greater control over the data you retrieve, making it easier to analyze just the information that's most relevant to your needs.
