Blacklisting Email Addresses in Zendesk

To blacklist an email address in COS Zendesk Support:

  1. Log in to your COS Zendesk Support account.

  2. On the left side of the screen, click the "Settings" gear icon.

  3. Scroll all the way down and select the "Customers" section.

  4. Under the "Blacklist" subsection, type the email address you wish to blacklist, preceded by the word "reject:".
    For example: reject:emailaddress@gmail.com

  5. Click "Save" at the bottom of the page to apply the changes.
