Phone Scrubbbing
This detailed scrubbing procedure ensures the phone list is clean, up-to-date, and ready for effective customer outreach and engagement.
What is Phone Scrubbing?
Phone scrubbing is an automated process that takes place whenever a data file is loaded into COS (Campaign Operating System). This process checks the phone list for specific information and codes each finding to provide valuable insights.
The scrubbing process identifies several key data points:
Bad Numbers: Any phone numbers that are no longer valid will be removed.
Duplicates: Identical phone numbers will be flagged.
Land vs. Cell: Each number will be categorized as either a landline or a cell phone.
Litigator Numbers: Phone numbers belonging to known litigators will be flagged and marked "do not call."
