CBPP Status Code Remaps


Remap Statuses:

N=Attempted, C=Canvassed, CP=Canvassed Patch, WN=Wrong Number, D=Disconnected, LB=Language Preference, DE=Deceased, LM=Left Message, IR=Initial Refusal, DC=Do Not Call, FX=Fax, B=Busy Signal, A=Answer Machine, WI=Wireless.

Do not put spaces between the remap responses.

Attempted: This indicates a contact attempt where the person was not reached.

Canvassed: This means a successful contact was made with the person.

Wrong Number: The phone number reached was not the intended recipient.

Disconnected: The phone number is no longer in service.

Hostile: The person responded in a hostile manner to the canvasser.

Contact Fatigue: The voter expressed receiving too many contacts.

Offensive Language: The voter used profanity, MAGA, or other offensive language.

Threatening: This should be used for explicit threats of harm.

Political/Issue Opposition: The hostility stems from opposition to the candidate or issue.

Language Preference: The respondent prefers a language other than English or Spanish (specify language).

Deceased: The intended voter has unfortunately passed away.
