Check List Penetration For Patch Projects

At 3:30 PM EST daily, you must review the penetration rates for each target in the patch project list.

Typically, a patch project will only dial landlines unless the client has explicitly authorized accessing cell phone records. To navigate to the target report page, select the reports submenu and then choose the target report option. The target report will display the penetration rate next to each individual target. If the penetration rate for any given target exceeds 50%, you must contact the call center to determine if there is sufficient data to continue meeting goals. If more data is required, immediately notify the client and request they provide additional information.
