Delete Client Voicemail Box

Monthly Voicemail Maintenance On the first of every month, our team needs to delete old voicemail messages from several client accounts on our CCF Jive system. This ensures their voicemail boxes don't become full.

To do this, follow these steps:

1. From an office phone, dial *98.
2. Enter the client voicemail box code.
3. Enter the client password.
4. Begin deleting the old messages by pressing "7".
5. Repeat steps 2-4 until all messages are deleted.

• TSG - Box 7655, Password: 2321
• NPS - Box 5900, Password: [unknown]
• GSI - Box 2478, Password: [unknown]
• KCZ - Box 6136, Password: [unknown]

Please complete this voicemail cleanup on the first of each month to keep our clients' systems running smoothly.
