Live Call Status Code Remaps
The following status codes are the default options for all live call projects, unless otherwise requested by the client:C = Complete
CP = Yes Patch
LM = Left Message
D = Disconnect
WN = Wrong Number
IR = Initial Refusal
DC = Do Not Call
LB = Language Barrier
OB = Other Barrier
DE = Deceased
FX = Fax
N = No Answer
B = Busy
A = Answer Machine
WI = Wireless
These default status codes should not be changed without explicit approval from the client. The list provides a comprehensive set of options to accurately categorize the outcome of each live call.
