Live Call Status Code Remaps
These default status codes should not be changed without explicit approval from the client. The list provides a comprehensive set of options to accurately categorize the outcome of each live call.
The Following Status Codes Are The Default Options For All Live Call Projects, Unless Otherwise Requested By The Client:
- C = Complete
- CP = Yes Patch
- LM = Left Message
- D = Disconnect
- WN = Wrong Number
- IR = Initial Refusal
- DC = Do Not Call
- LB = Language Barrier
- OB = Other Barrier
- DE = Deceased
- FX = Fax
- N = No Answer
- B = Busy
- A = Answer Machine
- WI = Wireless
