CBPP Refusal Codes
As a sub-client of TSG, CBPP requires the following refusal response codes to be included on every live call project setup:
-
Refused Hostile: This code indicates the person responded to the canvasser in a hostile manner.
-
Refused Contact Fatigue: This code should be used when the voter expresses that they have received too many contacts.
-
Refused Offensive Language: This code is for instances where the voter used profanity, "MAGA," or other language that would be offensive to any volunteer.
-
Refused Threatening: This code should be reserved only for responses that explicitly threaten harm.
-
Refused Political/Issue Opposition: This code should be used for individuals whose hostility stems from opposition to the political candidate or issue the volunteer is supporting.
