Do Not Call Management

What is a Do Not Call List?
A Do Not Call list is a continuously updated registry of phone numbers belonging to people who have requested not to receive calls from organizations. The key differences between the national and internal Do Not Call lists are:

National Do Not Call Registry:
The National Do Not Call Registry is a federal list created in 2003 to allow consumers to reduce the number of telemarketing calls they receive. When a new data file is loaded into a project, it is automatically checked against the National DNC Registry, and any matching numbers are removed from the file.

Internal Do Not Call List:
COS maintains its own internal Do Not Call list of people who have asked not to be called or texted by the company. Similarly, when a new data file is loaded, COS will automatically scrub it against their internal DNC list, and remove any matching records.
