CBPP Project Setup

The Center on Budget and Policy Priorities (CBPP) is a client of The Sexton Group (TSG).

CBPP consistently has ongoing projects in COS. When setting up a new project for CBPP, there are a few key considerations:

  1. Always make the client "TSG" when creating a new purchase order (PO) for CBPP.

  2. Always start the project name with "CBPP" (e.g. "CBPP Voter ID", "CBPP GOTV", etc.).

  3. When selecting a project template, choose one that has "CBPP" in the description. This will ensure the CBPP Movement Cooperative is automatically assigned as the SubClient.

  4. The CBPP has a custom list of refusal response codes that must be included when entering the script.

  5. CBPP projects require extra attention to data accuracy. Thoroughly cross-check all target names, numbers, and districts online.

  6. When a CBPP project is complete and moved to "ENDED" status, generate accurate reports and push the final results to their S3 Bucket account. To do this, navigate to the "Download Campaign Data" page and click the "Save S3 Bucket" button.

By following these guidelines, you can ensure CBPP projects are set up and executed properly within COS.
