It is important to be mindful of every detail of a campaign, big or small, to foster trust with the people receiving calls. A call is more likely to be answered or a text is more likely to be opened when the recipient can see that the message is coming from an area code that they recognize.
For every project that is managed in COS a unique 10-digit phone number is used for the caller ID. When determining a CID, a local area code is used for the 10-digit number. CID's obtained through COS can be registered with 10DLC for increased deliverability. Toll free numbers are also available for live call and texting.
