What is a live call monitor?
Live call monitoring is a way to listen to live agents during phone calls to ensure that the script is being read accurately. Call monitoring is also a great way to hear feedback from call recipients and to make any adjustments to a script.
How do I schedule a monitoring session?
30-minute monitoring sessions are available upon request. If you wish to monitor an active project please contact your COS representative. A monitor time will be scheduled per your approval. Once the time has been confirmed you will be sent the dial-in information. If you are unable to make the scheduled monitoring session please inform your COS representative as soon as possible so that a more appropriate time can be scheduled.
