As part of our daily survey operations, we have a responsibility to send the client the data and reports at the end of each day of dialing. A project is classified as a survey if it includes a Voter ID script with at least 10 questions. Surveys are billed hourly, which is why we email clients the daily results - this allows them to monitor the number of hours spent dialing the project. When sending the reports and data your email should look like this: ______________________________________________________________________________________ (SUBJECT LINE OF EMAIL) - Report & Data: [PO NUMBER]: [PO DESCRIPTION] Hours 9/25/19: 51.07 Total Hours: 101 Total Completes: 183 Current CPH: 1.81 Link to Report: https://cos.callserver.us/report/uuid/ae63ddf358d94198a6484f47d2448422?p=TCC00047 Link to Data Download: https://cos.callserver.us/list/downloadid/081bf8b99b124bfdbeb20c3c82992a69?p=TCC00047 ______________________________________________________________________________________
Subject Line: The subject line should clearly state the PO number and PO description.
Hours (Yesterday's Date): This will be the number of hours dialed only during the previous day.
Total Hours: This will be the sum of all hours of dialing across the life of the project.
Total Completes: This is the number of completed surveys where a response was recorded through the last question. It's important to note that we only send clients statistics based on Full Completes, which is a survey completed through the last question. Any surveys missing responses are considered Partial Completes and do not count towards the total.
Current CPH: The CPH is the Completes-Per-Hour metric, found by dividing the total number of completes by the total number of hours dialed.
Link to Report and Data: These links can be found in cOS by navigating to the reporting page of a project. In the upper right-hand corner, click the link that looks like a sideways triangle and select "Permalink". At the bottom of the window, click "Add Data Link". You can then copy/paste both links into the email to be sent to the client.
