Sending PO Details To The Client

When initiating a new project, it's crucial to keep the client informed of the Purchase Order (PO) details.

At a minimum, you should provide the client with the PO number, total, landline, and cell counts. The email to the client could look like this:

"Thank you John,

This has been assigned COS project number 12345

Total Universe: 1 L: 2 | C: 3"

Oftentimes, the client may not supply all the required materials, or you may have questions about a specific project detail. It's important to thoroughly review the materials before requesting additional information. Common things to check for include:

- Missing data
- Issues with the data
- Missing goals
- Unclear script skip logic
- Ensuring you're capturing certain questions
- Confirming the CID

Before reaching out to the client, it's best practice to confer with the Project Director or other members of the Project Management team. Communicating potential concerns to your team will often yield the answers you're seeking.
