Complete Types

The Complete types are the classification categories assigned to status codes within the Campaign Operating System (COS).

These types define a contact as either finalized or non-finalized:

  • Complete: A finalized contact where a result was captured.
  • Bad Number: A phone number marked as disconnected or unreachable by the long distance carrier.
  • Terminal: Records flagged as a final contact.
  • Callable: A non-final contact record.

The specific Complete, Bad Number, Terminal, and Callable contact types are further broken down as follows:

Complete Types:

  • Complete (C)
  • Complete Patch (CP)
  • Left Message (LM)

Bad Number Types:

  • Disconnect (D)

Callable Types:

  • No Answer (N)
  • Busy (B)
  • Answering Machine (A)
  • Wrong Number (WN)
  • Initial Refusal (IR)
  • Do Not Call (DC)
  • Language Barrier (LB)
  • Other Language Barrier (OB)
  • Deceased (DE)
