Call Centers
Call centers are specialized organizational entities that can include established telecommunication hubs or volunteer-based groups.
Once a project is assigned, the call center will be able to access the necessary project details and materials in order to collect the required data.
Creating a Call Center Account:
- Select "Management" from the main menu.
- Choose "Call Centers" from the options.
- Click the "New" button to create a new call center.
- Enter a descriptive "Name" for the call center.
- Provide a brief "Code" as an abbreviation of the call center name.
- Input the maximum "Hours" that the call center can be operational.
- Click "Create" to finalize the new call center account.
The name field should reflect the identity of the call center. The code serves as a concise identifier, while the hours setting establishes the maximum allowable dial time for the call center.
