Call Centers

Call centers are specialized organizational entities that can include established telecommunication hubs or volunteer-based groups.

Once a project is assigned, the call center will be able to access the necessary project details and materials in order to collect the required data.

Creating a Call Center Account:

  1. Select "Management" from the main menu.
  2. Choose "Call Centers" from the options.
  3. Click the "New" button to create a new call center.
  4. Enter a descriptive "Name" for the call center.
  5. Provide a brief "Code" as an abbreviation of the call center name.
  6. Input the maximum "Hours" that the call center can be operational.
  7. Click "Create" to finalize the new call center account.

The name field should reflect the identity of the call center. The code serves as a concise identifier, while the hours setting establishes the maximum allowable dial time for the call center.
