Manager Users

Manager user accounts are utilized by members of the parent organization that licenses the COS software.

These Accounts Oversee All Aspects Of A COS Project, Including:

  • Creating project templates
  • Managing client 
  • Agent User Accounts
  • Inputting Projects

To Create A Manager User Account:

  • Select "Management"

  • Choose "Managers"

  • Click "New"

Enter The Following Information:

  • Username

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email

  • Password

Determine if this account should have the following permissions:

  • Notify on New PO: Receive notification when a new PO is created
  • Notify on Completed PO: Receive notification upon script completion
  • Edit PO: Edit general, status code, goal, and management information of a COS project
  • Assign Centers: Assign records to a call center
  • View Logs: View all project logs
  • Edit Managers: Edit other manager user accounts
  • Edit SMS: Edit SMS/MMS scripting
  • Clear Records: Clear specific status codes from data results
  • Lock: Access the Lock button in Human Dialing and SMS Send
  • Clear Queues: Clear queues in Dial Master
  • Manager Hold: Initiate an All-Stop on dialing with one action
  • Click "Create" to finalize the new Manager User Account.
