Sub-client user accounts are created to provide direct, limited access to specific projects.
These accounts can only access projects associated with the specified client user and only those projects where the account has been granted sub-client permissions. Sub-client accounts have the following restricted abilities:
- View reports
- View scripts
- Download data results
Only one sub-client account may be assigned to a project at a time.
Creating a Sub-Client User Account
- Click "Management"
- Choose "Sub-Client Users"
- Click "New"
- Select the appropriate "Client"
- Enter the "Username", "First Name", "Last Name", and "Email"
- Set a "Password" for the account
- Determine if the account should have the following permissions:
- View Reports
- Download Data
- View Script
- If applicable, enter the client's "S3 Bucket" URL
- Click "Create"
Key Details:
- Client: The client organization the user is associated with
- Username: The login name for the user
- First/Last Name: The user's full name
- Email: The user's email address
- Password: The login password for the user
- View Reports: Allows viewing of daily/target reports
- Download Data: Allows downloading data from COS
- View Script: Allows viewing the COS script
- S3 Bucket: For clients using an AWS S3 Bucket, this links the account
