Agent Users Dashboard

The Agent Users Dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of all active agent users assigned to active projects.


It includes details such as login, email, and the active projects they are assigned to. To access the Agent Users Dashboard, navigate to the management submenu and select "Agent Users".

Once on the dashboard, you'll see five options in the top left corner:

1. "New" (a highlighted blue button) - Allows you to add a new agent user to the COS system.
2. "Edit" - Enables you to modify agent user details such as name, email, etc.
3. "Active Filter" - Filters the agent users based on their active or inactive status.
4. "Download CSV" - Allows you to download agent dialing information locally.
5. "Auto Refresh" - Keeps the dashboard information up-to-date.

The dashboard also includes a search function at the top that filters agent users by queue. The information displayed is categorized into ten fields: Active, Created, User Name, Name, Email, Zip, Phone, Dialer Name, Dialer Queue, and Current State.
