The Daily Report page provides a visual breakdown of the status dispositions recorded during each project. This includes a pie chart that graphically represents the data.
Additionally, the report includes a detailed breakdown of the responses given for each survey question.
At the top of the report is the General Info Bar, which offers a quick reference of key project details.
The Pie Chart section provides a visual representation of the cumulative totals. Users can hover over the individual slices to see the corresponding percentage values.
The Breakout Report lists out each status code disposition, displaying the total counts and percentages for each. Below the status code breakdown, the report shows the total attempt figures, differentiating between landline and cell phone attempts.
Just below the General Info Bar is a Date Selection dropdown, allowing users to view results from previous days of dialing or select a date range. The report will display cumulative totals on the left and the most recent day's results on the right.
At the bottom of the Daily Report is the Response Breakdown, which shows the cumulative and most recent day's results for each survey question.
The first icon above the Breakout Report enables users to sort the data by landline, cell phone, or all phones combined.
The Download Report icon in the upper right allows the user to save the daily report as a PNG file.
The Email Report icon provides the option to send the report via a permalink or in PNG format.
Finally, the Print Report icon gives users the ability to print a hard copy of the daily report.
