      Missing Names

      To ensure names appear correctly in COS, follow these steps:

      1. Names are not required for a project in COS. However, if no names are provided in the data, COS will automatically populate another column of data into the name fields on the upload data preview page.

      2. Before uploading the data file, double check that the appropriate column header is labeled with "Name" (or a similar descriptor) within the initial data file.
