Goal Types
Saturation Goal:
This goal is achieved by dialing through a client-defined percentage of the call list.
The saturation percentage represents the portion of the list that has a complete status code.
Stop Number Goal:
This goal is met when a specific number of completed calls have been dialed.
Targets Goal:
This type of goal is specific to patch-through projects.
It represents the number of calls successfully connected to a representative's office.
Hourly Goal:
These are time-based goals.
The project will stop dialing once the predetermined number of hours have been reached.
