The COS Schedule Dashboard is a comprehensive tool that displays all upcoming, active, and on-hold projects.
It manages all active projects, showing which ones are Data Ready, Active, or On Hold, and provides up-to-date information on their goal-related details.
The dashboard clearly shows the number of days left in each project's lifecycle, as well as the daily goal breakdown. Any relevant goal notes are also viewable within the dashboard.
Additionally, the dashboard features the ability to email the schedule directly from the COS page. Users can also sort the schedule by client or center, and adjust the number of projects displayed per page.
The dashboard provides detailed information on each project, including:
- Job #: The PO number assigned when the project was created
- State: The state where the project is being run
- Name: The name of the project
- Status: The current status of the project
- Template: The type of project
- Universe: The total number of records in the list
- Goal Type: The type of goal
- Day Goal: The number of completes per day required to achieve the goal
- Days Left: The number of days left in the project schedule
- Start Time: The scheduled start time for the project
- Stop Date: The scheduled end date for the project
- Ctrs: The center assigned to the project
- Caller ID: The caller ID number displayed to call recipients
- Notes: Any additional information related to the project's goal
For patch-through projects, there is a unique feature that allows users to view the individual target goals by clicking the plus sign icon next to the project.
