User Accounts
User accounts in the COS system grant varying degrees of permissions based on the user's role.
The available roles and their respective access levels are as follows:Manager: Full access to all parameters, including the ability to create, load, and launch campaigns, as well as manage other user accounts.
Client: Access to client-specific projects and data, project creation, reporting, and email sending capabilities.
Sub Client: A sub-user under a Client account, with access limited to the projects assigned to that Sub Client.
Center: Call center manager access, including campaign calling data, scripts, dialer, and management functions.
Agent: Call center agent access, enabling the sending and receiving of SMS messages and live agent calls.
This detailed account access structure allows for a professional and controlled approach to user permissions within the COS system.
