Center Users

Center users are individuals who have access to the functionality of the COS (Center Operating System) for management purposes.

Center Users and Account Creation

This group can include floor managers, data specialists, or quality assurance personnel. Center users will be able to view project information, scripts, and data, but they will not be able to make any updates.

To create a new Center User account:

  1. Select "Management" from the main menu.
  2. Choose "Center Users" from the management options.
  3. Click the "New" button to create a new user account.
  4. Select "Call Center" to designate the user's employment location.
  5. Enter the following user details:
    • Username: The name the user will use to log in to COS
    • First Name: The user's first name
    • Last Name: The user's last name
    • Email: The user's email address
    • Password: The password the user will use to log in to COS
  6. Determine if the user should receive the following permissions:
    • Startup Email: Receive an email when a new PO is created in COS
    • Goal Notification: View project goals
    • Schedule Access: View the current schedule
    • Drop on Active: Drop data when a program is active
  7. Click "Create" to finalize the new Center User account.
